Our Core Values

  • Exhibit Gumption: meet every challenge with spirit and energy; believe the impossible is possible.
  • Overperform: work hard, move fast, be scrappy.
  • Stay Playful: no jerks, no whiners; have fun and keep perspective.
  • Act Like an Owner: be accountable, speak up, act in Havenly's best interest.

About the Role

Havenly is looking for a Manager, Lifecycle Marketing. You'll lead retention and engagement campaign strategy across Havenly's portfolio of brands, sitting at the intersection of campaign strategy, creative briefing, audience segmentation, and data analysis. This is the seat that owns the day-to-day lifecycle program driving customer engagement and repeat purchase behavior across brands, moving between data, briefs, and calendars in the same day without letting anything slip across a fast-moving, multi-brand workflow.

What You'll Own

  • Email, SMS, and push communication strategy and execution across brands, including lifecycle flows, re-engagement series, and promotional sends
  • Detailed creative briefs in Asana for each campaign, including creative direction, landing page guidance, Figma template suggestions, product recommendations, and subject line/preview header suggestions
  • Campaign calendar across brands and channels, coordinating timing, sequencing, and deployment
  • Cross-functional partnership with creative, brand, ecomm, and product teams to execute campaigns end-to-end
  • Campaign targeting strategy in partnership with analytics, including cohort identification and audience segmentation
  • Customer segments based on purchase behavior, design activity, and engagement signals
  • High-value audience windows and purchase thresholds to inform campaign eligibility

What You'll Drive

  • Query and analyze customer and order data in Snowflake to support audience sizing, cohort analysis, and campaign performance reporting
  • Post-send analysis, applying learnings to future targeting and campaign decisions
  • Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for the broader marketing team
  • Continued build-out of an AI-powered knowledge base for email marketing, informed by historical performance data
  • Development and refinement of AI scripts to automate workflows and enhance the briefing process

We Are Looking for People Who

  • Experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing managing multiple brands or business lines
  • Experience with ESPs (Braze preferred) and project management tools (Asana)
  • Comfort working with data and AI tools to pull and interpret performance insights
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume campaign workflows across brands simultaneously
  • You're detail-oriented and can manage many campaigns across many brands without letting anything slip
  • You're comfortable moving between data, briefs, and calendars in the same day
  • You're curious about AI tools and want to use them to make your own workflow faster and better
  • You're a clear communicator who can write a brief that a designer can pick up and run with
  • You're energized by a fast-moving, lean team environment

At Havenly, we're building with AI as part of how we work. We're looking for people who are genuinely curious about AI-assisted tools and eager to adopt them; this is about openness, not existing expertise.
