Havenly, Inc.

Senior Product Manager

About Havenly

At Havenly Brands, we’re building this generation’s premier destination for all things home. Alongside our award winning Havenly design services, we proudly own and operate some of the best home furnishings brands in the business including Havenly, Interior Define, The Citizenry, Burrow, Inside, and St.Frank. Our family of brands is growing and we’re looking for amazing people to join us on this journey!

Havenly is not just the #1 residential interior design service in America - we're architecting the future of how millions design their homes. With our proprietary 3D visualization technology, our worldwide network of designers empowered with AI tools, and our revolutionary customer-facing AI design assistant, we're at the inflection point of a massive market transformation. This isn't just another operations role, it's the opportunity to build the category-defining business at the intersection of AI, design, and commerce.

Our Core Values

  • Exhibit Gumption: meet every challenge with spirit and energy; believe the impossible is possible.
  • Overperform: work hard, move fast, be scrappy.
  • Stay Playful: no jerks, no whiners; have fun and keep perspective.
  • Act Like an Owner: be accountable, speak up, act in Havenly's best interest.

About the Role

Havenly is looking for a Senior Product Manager. You'll own a product surface end-to-end — the roadmap, the top-line metric that defines success, and the calls about what's worth building and what to skip. This is a senior, highly cross-functional seat: you'll partner closely with engineering, supply chain, and marketing, and work directly with product leadership and executives to drive alignment on where we spend time and resources. We move fast and build with AI at the center of how we work, and we're looking for someone just as comfortable executing against an established playbook as they are bringing structure to a problem that doesn't have one yet.

The two teams, and what you'd own

  • Design Services owns our interior design experience, from a new customer's style quiz to a booked designer and a finished room, and includes The Expert, our brand serving the interior design trade. Surfaces include onboarding and designer matching, the Studio 3D design tool, product sourcing and recommendations, and AI design assistance. Metrics you'd move: onboarding completion, quiz-to-booking conversion, design-to-purchase attach rate, and designer productivity.
  • Owned & Operated Ecommerce owns how customers discover, customize, and buy across our brands. Surfaces include product listing and detail pages, customization flows, merchandising, and checkout. Metrics you'd move: conversion rate, average order value, cart completion, and repeat purchase.

A real problem you might pick up: reduce drop-off between the style quiz and a customer's first designer session, or lift product-detail-page conversion on a brand's storefront.

What You'll Drive

  • Partner with design and engineering to turn opportunities into clear product work, trade-offs, and releases.
  • Measure impact and use results to influence strategy and prioritization.
  • Raise the bar for product practice on the team, and mentor other PMs.

We Are Looking for People Who:

  • Have 5+ years of hands-on product management experience with B2C, consumer-facing products, with at least one product area where you owned the roadmap and a top-line metric end-to-end.
  • Are comfortable executing against an established playbook, and just as comfortable navigating ambiguity when there isn't one — identifying opportunities and defining the highest-likelihood path forward.
  • Are excellent communicators who build credibility quickly and influence effectively with senior stakeholders across the organization.
  • Are comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative decision making.
  • Approach ambiguous problems by figuring out what's broken and acting on it, not waiting to be told what's next.
  • Move fast, take real ownership of outcomes, and hold themselves to a high bar.
  • Collaborate well across teams, with a low-ego, no-drama approach to getting things done.

Bonus points if you also have experience with e-commerce or retail; design, marketplace, or workflow platforms; 3D or visual product tools; or owning an AI-backed product surface.

At Havenly, we're building with AI as part of how we work. We're looking for people who are genuinely curious about AI-assisted tools and eager to adopt them; this is about openness, not existing expertise.
