The Mission
We need a high-caliber Payroll Analyst to take full command of a new client account. Your objective: total stabilization. You will execute end-to-end payroll, enforce SOPs with zero margin for error, and maintain a fast-paced, high-accuracy environment.
Core Responsibilities
- End-to-End Execution: Own the full payroll cycle. Ensure precision and timeliness for every pay period.
- SOP Rigor: Execute established protocols while aggressively identifying gaps for process optimization.
- System Mastery: Manage adjustments, deductions, and tax filings via Paylocity, UKG, Gusto, or Paychex.
- Data Integrity: Conduct rigorous audits and reconciliations to ensure 100% system accuracy.
- Account Ownership: Operates with extreme autonomy. You own the workflow from entry to final reporting.
Requirements
- US Payroll Expertise (Mandatory): Deep knowledge of taxation, OT rules, and deductions. This is a non-negotiable deal-breaker.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Paylocity, UKG, Gusto, or Paychex.
- Industry Context: Previous experience in F&B or Retail is a major advantage.
- Agility: Ability to master new systems and adapt to shifting client demands instantly.
- Communication: Professional English proficiency. Note: We exclusively review English-language applications.
