InsCipher Opportunities

Implementation Administrator

At InsCipher, our commitment to our customers is what drives us.

Ours is a culture of innovation and progress. We are a creative team of doers constantly striving to develop value-driven products and services for our customers.

Our ultimate goal is to become the trusted authority and leading partner for state departments of insurance, surplus lines associations, and brokers nationwide. We’re achieving that goal by enhancing every facet of our customers reporting and tax filings through education and innovative, streamlined compliance solutions.

We’re growing fast and want you to be a part of it!

We're seeking a technically sharp and client-focused Implementation Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Implementation Manager, this is a hybrid role that dedicates roughly 50–70% of time to hands-on partner onboarding and 30–50% to serving as the department's system administrator for our third-party client onboarding platform.

On the implementation side, this person is a partner's primary point of contact during a high-stakes transition – guiding them from kickoff through go-live with clear communication, strong project coordination, and sound judgment under ambiguity. On the admin side, they own the platform itself – maintaining and optimizing the workflows, templates, and integrations that power the onboarding experience as partner volume grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead new partner onboarding from kickoff through go-live, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the transition
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Filing Services teams to deliver a seamless and positive onboarding experience
  • Maintain, update, and optimize existing onboarding workflows and templates within the onboarding platform, leveraging AI to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access within the onboarding platform, troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Identify opportunities to streamline or automate onboarding steps as partner volume scales
  • Support API and connector integrations with other business systems
  • Document workflows, configurations, and standard processes to maintain operational clarity and enable team scalability
  • Partner with the Implementation Manager to align on process improvements and platform enhancements
  • Required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ years of SaaS implementation experience with proven project coordination skills
  • 3+ years of technical support experience with hands-on system configuration and workflow design
  • Strong client-facing communication skills – written and verbal – with the ability to guide partners through complex transitions with clarity and professionalism
  • Experience with API and connector integrations and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
  • Comfortable working independently in a supported environment while staying collaborative with broader Implementation and CS teams
  • Surplus lines tax filing and compliance knowledge preferred

Perks

  • Health, dental, and vision plans
  • Amazing work-life balance with 4 weeks of Paid Time Off
  • 10 Paid Company Holidays with 2 floating holidays
  • 401K Programs with employer match
  • Personal assistance programs for support in a healthy personal and work life
