Salesforce Architect

Company Description

J4RVIS brings humans and technology together - for businesses built on relationships. We're a consulting business at our core, guiding enterprises through transformation by listening first, then building technology that makes people more capable, not redundant.

Since launching in 2020, we've grown to a team of 110+ people across Australia and the Philippines. We hold Salesforce Summit Partner status alongside partnerships with Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Snowflake, and AWS - spanning business systems, data and integration, conversational AI, and agentic automation. We've been recognised as a Deloitte Fast 50 "Rising Star", CRN Fast 50, and Great Place to Work in both countries. But the awards describe where we've been, not where we're going.

We go deep in the industries we serve — media, financial services, energy & utilities — because domain expertise is what makes the technology work. We measure success by three business outcomes: customer experience transformation, operational efficiency, and revenue generation. Not hours billed.

AI is central to what we do. We deploy Agentforce at scale, build conversational AI, and develop intelligent automation already running in production. Every team is augmented by AI, and every consultant is developing toward advisory, not just delivery.

We're on a growth spurt to further scale with an APAC expansion underway and a strategy that's locked in. If you want to be part of a firm that's building something that endures, where the culture is real and the ambition is high then this is an exciting time to join.

We’re still early in our journey, and that’s what makes this an exciting time to join.

About the Role

As a Salesforce Architect, you will design and deliver comprehensive Salesforce solutions that meet client needs while ensuring scalability, performance, and long-term success. Working closely with business stakeholders, consultants, and development teams, you’ll define requirements, create solution roadmaps, and oversee seamless integrations with third-party platforms.

You’ll play a pivotal role in guiding technical teams, mentoring junior colleagues, and ensuring best practices are consistently applied. Your ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and align solutions with business objectives will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Architecture

  • Design scalable, efficient, and customised Salesforce solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Provide architecture artefacts, technical roadmaps, and documentation for transformation initiatives.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication

  • Partner with business stakeholders, consultants, and developers to align on project goals.
  • Communicate technical solutions in clear, simple terms to non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

  • Mentor junior team members and guide development teams to ensure high-quality output.
  • Participate as a mentor in the J4RVIS Mentorship Program and deliver at least 3 “lunch & learn” sessions annually.

System Integration & Optimisation

  • Oversee integrations with third-party systems and ensure optimal data flow and performance.
  • Conduct architectural reviews and enforce governance frameworks to maintain system resilience.

Innovation & Continuous Learning

  • Stay updated with Salesforce tools, features, and industry trends to drive innovative solutions.
  • Participate in at least 3 industry events/webinars annually and maintain 3+ Salesforce certifications each year.

Solution Evaluation & Issue Management

  • Lead early solution evaluations, proactively manage technical issues, and collaborate with leadership teams to resolve challenges.

Pre-Sales & Discovery Support

  • Contribute to pre-sales efforts by shaping proposals, defining architecture boundaries, and estimating technical requirements.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar senior Salesforce technical role.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, and architecture best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to evaluate and recommend Salesforce-native solutions.
  • Passion for mentoring, sharing knowledge, and fostering team collaboration.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and achieving Salesforce certifications.

At J4RVIS, everyone has a purpose and everyone has a role no matter how big or small the role is. It's part of our DNA and part of our values.
