The Opportunity

Root is looking for a High School IT Intern. The ideal candidate enjoys the pursuit of solving complex problems in the fast-paced and dynamic environment of a high-growth organization.

Compensation: This position pays $15.00 per hour.

How You Will Make an Impact

• AV support and maintenance
• Tier I troubleshooting.
• Hardware asset management (inventory control, secure wiping, imaging)
• Shipping of equipment to employees as instructed
• Additional tasks as assigned

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in teams
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Gain hands-on experience in an IT position
• Shadowing and training experiences with knowledgeable professionals
