Workout Meals is one of Australia's leading high protein ready meal companies. Since 2012, we've been helping Australians eat better with convenient, high quality meals designed to fuel performance.

We're not your typical food company. We move fast, constantly test new ideas and create content that reaches millions of Australians across Meta, Instagram and TikTok.

We're looking for a passionate, creative Content Creator to join our growing in-house marketing team.

Whether you're creating amazing content on an iPhone or have experience with professional camera equipment, we're interested in your creativity, eye for content and willingness to learn. If you've got a passion for social media and love creating content that grabs attention, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role

This isn't your typical content role.

You'll be creating content that's used in paid advertising campaigns, social media, product launches and influencer collaborations. Your ideas could be seen by millions of Australians across Meta, Instagram and TikTok.

Working closely with our marketing team, you'll help bring new campaigns, products and creative concepts to life.

What you'll do

• Create engaging short form video content for Meta, Instagram and TikTok.
• Film content using an iPhone and/or professional camera equipment.
• Edit videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Capture product, lifestyle and behind the scenes content.
• Brainstorm and develop fresh creative concepts for paid advertising.
• Stay on top of social media trends and turn them into engaging content.
• Work with founders, staff, customers and influencers during content shoots.
• Assist with photography and creative content for new product launches.
• Produce content quickly while maintaining high creative standards.
• Test new creative ideas and continuously improve content performance.

What We're Looking For

We're much more interested in creativity, attitude and potential than years of experience.

You'll ideally have:

• A passion for creating engaging social media content.
• Experience filming and editing short form videos.
• A strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and Meta.
• Great storytelling skills and a creative eye.
• Confidence filming people and directing content when required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for creating great content.

Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva or similar software is highly regarded but not essential.

While not essential, we'd love to see experience or interest in any of the following:

• Paid social advertising creative.
• Photography or videography.
• Graphic design.
• Motion graphics.
• Ecommerce brands.
• Food photography or food videography.
• Working with influencers or UGC creators.

A genuine interest in fitness, nutrition or food. If you enjoy the gym, follow the fitness industry, love cooking or simply enjoy creating incredible food content, you'll fit right in.
