About the

Job Summary: 

Responsible for performing custodial duties in all Association Buildings, restrooms, and parks.

This position requires a consistent 4:00 AM start time. Applicants should be comfortable with early‑morning shifts and reliable transportation at that hour.

What you'll do

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of all restrooms in Association buildings, parks, and golf course restrooms as required.
  • Washes all windows in Association buildings as required.
  • Vacuums all rugs and carpets in Association buildings as required.
  • Cleans and mops all floors in Association buildings as required.
  • Cleans all walls in Association buildings as required.
  • Moves furniture, tables and chairs as required.
  • Cleans walkways and deck of debris as required.
  • Replenishes all supplies in restrooms as required.
  • Pick up all trash in receptacles as required.
  • Does minor repairs as needed.
  • Keeps records of man hours on individual tasks.
  • Any other duties as may be required and/or requested.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience:
• • Must possess a valid California Driver’s License.
  • Must be able to read and understand written instructions.
  • Prior experience commensurate with duties of job desirable.
