Account Executive/Vice President - Acquisitions - Leverage Homes

Leverage Companies is a dynamic real estate private equity platform on a mission to create millionaires through real estate. We operate a vertically integrated ecosystem comprised of these divisions.

Founded in 2018 proudly headquartered in Newark, NJ, we are scaling rapidly and building a world-class team committed to operational excellence, bold growth, and long-term impact.

Position Overview

Leverage Homes is where this role will focus: a real estate private equity firm backed by Leverage Companies, a national investment group on a mission to create millionaires through real estate. As a fund manager and operator, our team has executed over $4 billion in real estate transactions and is on pace to deploy $800 million in capital across our debt and equity platforms in 2025—targeting SFR and small to mid-cap multifamily assets.

We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial investment professional to join Leverage Homes as part of our acquisitions leadership team. In this role, you'll be responsible for closing single-family and small to mid-cap multifamily investment opportunities across New Jersey — with the tools, capital, and mentorship of a top-performing private equity firm behind you.

This is more than a sales role—it's a fast-track opportunity to build a portfolio, lead a team, and scale. You’ll be expected to operate at a high velocity, managing warm leads, running outbound seller calls, and mentoring junior team members—all while learning the inner workings of private equity from a group that has deployed over $4 billion in real estate.

If you’re ready to bet on yourself in a high-growth, high-accountability environment, we want to meet you.

Compensation

This position is designed for ambitious, high-performing professionals who are ready to build a long-term career in real estate private equity.

During the first six (6) months of employment, you will receive a $45,000 annualized base salary while completing onboarding, training, and ramping into full production.

After the initial six-month ramp period, compensation transitions to a 100% commission-based structure with no base salary. Top performers who consistently source and close acquisition opportunities have significant earning potential. The annual OTE for this role is $150,000–$400,000+ annually.

This compensation model is designed to reward performance, ownership, and entrepreneurial drive while providing unlimited income potential for individuals committed to delivering exceptional results.
