About the Role

The UX/UI Web Designer will lead the design and execution of high-converting digital experiences that support the Firm’s demand generation goals, with a primary focus on UX/UI design for the website and occasional creative development for digital ads. This individual will be responsible for creating user-centered, visually compelling web pages and site experiences that align with campaign strategy, brand standards, SEO, and conversion objectives. The role requires strong proficiency in Figma, a solid understanding of WordPress and Elementor, and the ability to independently manage basic page publishing, layout adjustments, and minor front-end updates within Elementor. This position combines creative leadership, design strategy, and hands-on execution to improve user experience and drive measurable marketing performance. 

Your Key Contributions

• Design and optimize website pages, landing pages, and other digital experiences in Figma with a strong focus on user experience, visual hierarchy, responsiveness, and conversion. 
• Translate campaign goals and marketing strategies into effective UX/UI concepts that support lead generation and user engagement. 
• Build, upload, and update pages in WordPress using Elementor, including managing layouts, images, forms, buttons, and other content modules. 
• Execute minor website edits and basic front-end adjustments within Elementor to ensure pages are accurate, functional, and visually aligned with approved designs. 
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design direction and improve the user journey across the website. 
• Ensure consistency across digital touchpoints by maintaining brand standards, visual systems, and design best practices. 
• Review website pages for usability, mobile responsiveness, visual consistency, and overall user experience before launch. 
• Work within existing WordPress and Elementor structures to maintain efficient workflows while identifying opportunities for design and UX improvements. 
• Organize design files, templates, and web assets in a structured manner to support collaboration, scalability, and future revisions. 

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• 3-6 years of proven work experience with portfolios showing web and email designs.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement across social platforms. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Wordpress, and Figma.
• Decision Quality: Makes informed UX and design decisions by balancing campaign goals, brand standards, SEO considerations, and technical constraints to optimize conversion and user experience.
• Collaborates: Works closely with demand generation and marketing stakeholders to translate campaign strategies into effective, user‑centered web designs and page builds.
• Being Resilient: Adapts designs and workflows quickly in a fast‑paced environment, iterating on feedback, shifting priorities, and technical limitations without sacrificing quality.
• Plans and Aligns: Manages multiple projects by prioritizing design work, aligning timelines with campaign launches, and ensuring deliverables support broader marketing objectives.
• Communicates Effectively: Clearly communicates design concepts, UX rationale, and page updates through wireframes, mockups, and finished builds that stakeholders can easily understand and approve.
• Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. 
• Good time management skills to meet deadlines on multiple projects. 

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm Eastern Time

• A modern processor (Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 from the last few years)
• Windows 11 (kept up to date)

For Mac Users:

• A modern processor (Apple M1 chip or a recent Intel Core i5)
• A recent macOS (Ventura or newer)

For Everyone:

• At least 8 GB of memory (RAM) to run applications smoothly
• A fast hard drive with sufficient available storage
