The Agent Readiness Team (ART) is tasked with delivering best-in-class experience to newly contracted and existing independent contractor agents as they certify for client programs. As a Learning Facilitator - Temporary, you will be responsible for developing and delivering successful live training and onboarding experiences for agents while meeting graduation rate goals across multiple programs. This is a seasonal, part-time contract opportunity. Hours per week will vary dependent upon class schedules and could range from 0 to 40 hours per week.

The Purpose of Your Role

As the agent-facing component of this interdependent virtual training team, you will deliver agent certification processes to a large virtual contractor population by developing and facilitating virtual classroom learning sessions and communicating agent trends with the certification team to drive positive results. A successful Specialist will create an environment where agents practice new skills and knowledge, collaborate with each other on best practices, and feel comfortable asking questions. This position plays a pivotal role in improving the lives of Liveops agents.

The Qualifications We’re Looking For

·       Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of work experience required.

·       3-5 years’ experience in training (virtual experience preferred)

·       Experience developing learning activities and content.

• Experience in high-volume training of adult learners through blended learning
• Proven ability to remain composed and positive in high-stress situations while on camera. 
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce, and reporting best practices.

·       Expert multi-tasker and able to handle impromptu changes in direction.
