  • Understand customer applications well enough to identify opportunities, ask effective questions, and involve technical specialists when needed.
  • Support customer onboarding and follow up after initial purchases to encourage successful adoption and continued use.

Sales Execution and Accountability

  • Maintain accurate, current CRM records, including account information, sales activities, opportunities, and next steps.
  • Provide reliable sales forecasts and communicate progress, risks, and support needs.
  • Prepare timely quotes and proposals consistent with company pricing and margin guidelines.
  • Partner with sales development and marketing resources to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activity, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Represent Maxliner professionally at trade shows, industry meetings, and customer events.

  • Ability to learn technical products and translate their capabilities into practical business value.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a field-based schedule independently.
  • Experience using CRM software and standard business applications.
