Open Positions - Join us in reshaping payments in emerging markets!

Product Manager [Mid-Level & Senior] [Remote | EMEA]

Your Team

The Product team sits at the center of a payments orchestration platform connecting merchants across emerging markets to dozens of payment providers. One integration gives merchants routing and failover across providers, higher authorization rates, unified reporting, and the local payment methods their markets actually use — from cards to Mada, STC Pay, and Fawry. Our mission is to define and build payment solutions that solve complex merchant challenges, create seamless product experiences that drive adoption, and stay ahead of where payments is going — including the agentic commerce frontier, where AI agents are starting to transact on people's behalf.

You'll join as a Product Manager focusing on one or more product modules — or, at the Senior level, owning a module group outright: driving its direction, leading cycle planning for your area, and mentoring alongside the product leads. Either way, this is a builder's role: close to merchants, close to engineers, and deep in how payments actually work.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own a product module — from business objectives and merchant problems through to shipped, documented features
  • Run discovery: dig into merchant needs, research how the payments industry solves a class of problem (scheme capabilities, provider features, industry rails), and turn what you find into a scoped product recommendation
  • Make work buildable: write clear PRD sections, sprint-ready user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineers can pick up with few follow-up questions
  • Reason technically: read API docs and webhook payloads, trace payment flows end-to-end — authorization, capture, settlement — and work with engineering and support to diagnose merchant integration issues
  • Communicate with merchants: explain solutions in plain language, manage expectations on timelines, and handle issue communications with clarity and empathy
  • Track your module's metrics — authorization and success rates, conversion, failure recovery, cost per transaction — and use data to identify what to improve next
  • Participate in team prioritization — cycle planning and roadmap decisions happen as a team effort with the product leads
  • Ship it all the way: write release notes that make merchants care, and support Sales and Customer Success with the enablement material they need to sell and support what you built
  • Share how you work: present features and in-flight work at our team's Behind the Build sessions

You’ll Be Great for This Role If You

  • Have 2–3 years in product management or a closely adjacent role (solutions engineering, technical account management, product analysis) — or, for the Senior level, 4+ years including hands-on payments product experience.
  • Learn fast and prove it — payments is deep, and we care more about how quickly you absorb a new domain than how much of it you already know. Our hiring process tests this directly.
  • Are comfortable with technical material: you can read API documentation, make sense of a JSON payload, and hold your own in a conversation about webhooks, retries, and failure modes (you won't write code)
  • Write clearly — specs, stories, and merchant-facing notes that people actually understand
  • Are data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable deciding with imperfect information in a fast-moving environment
  • Excel at cross-functional collaboration — engineering, design, customer success, and merchants will all be your daily counterparts
Bonus points:
  • Payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS background
  • Familiarity with payment orchestration, card scheme rules, or emerging-market payment methods
  • Experience working with merchants or enterprise customers in MENA/GCC

Don't meet every requirement? Apply anyway. We built our hiring process to find fast learners, not walking checklists — if this role excites you and you hit most of the list, we genuinely want to see your application.

One opening, two levels. We're hiring for both mid-level and Senior. Both go through the same process — the level is set by the depth you demonstrate through it and your track record, not by the title you apply with. We’ll walk you through the full process in the intro conversation; we’ve designed it to respect your time.

Your First 90 Days

Onboarding here is a designed program, not a stack of docs: structured sessions on how our platform and payments actually work, hands-on sandbox work from day one, and real deliverables from your first weeks. By the end of it you'll own your module for real — that's our commitment as much as yours.
