You'll own everything that makes the company run: talent and agency operations, vendor management, compliance, HR, and project delivery. This isn't a "support the founders" role - it's the operational engine that determines how we scale successfully.

What you'll do:

• Run core ops: talent, vendors, compliance, project delivery
• Build systems for hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Manage multiple priorities (SOC2, invoicing, launches, etc.)
• Negotiate with agencies and partners
• Execute founder priorities week-to-week
• Set up and maintain internal tools, docs, and lightweight tech (sites, automations)

What we're looking for:

• Attention to detail - the kind of person who plans vacations in spreadsheets
• Someone who builds playbooks and turns chaos into processes
• Technical enough to be comfortable using AI apps to manage and maintain workflows
• Direct communicator and gets stuff done!
• Experience as a founder at fast pace startup preferred.
