About this Position

Net at Work is seeking a Director, AI Services to build and lead our client-facing AI and data services practice. This leader will own the strategy, service portfolio, delivery methodology, team, client outcomes, and growth of the business.


The role combines AI and data expertise, professional services leadership, client advisory, and business ownership. You will help clients establish the data foundation required for AI, identify high-value use cases, move AI solutions into production, and drive measurable adoption and business results.


Job Responsibilities

  • Build and scale Net at Work’s AI and data services portfolio.
  • Lead client-facing AI engagements from discovery and data readiness through deployment and adoption.
  • Define repeatable service offerings, delivery methodologies, tools, quality standards, and reusable assets.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to client executives, translating AI and data capabilities into measurable business value.
  • Own delivery quality, staffing, capacity, scope, and performance across engagements.
  • Build and lead a high-performing AI and data services team.
  • Partner with Sales and business leaders to develop pipeline, scope engagements, and grow strategic client relationships.
  • Develop ongoing managed, subscription, and advisory services that extend client relationships beyond implementation.
  • Own the AI and data services P&L, including revenue, margin, growth, and recurring revenue targets.


Job Requirements

  • Direct client-facing AI delivery experience, including personally scoping, delivering, or leading AI solutions into production.
  • Strong knowledge of applied AI and modern data technologies, including LLMs, agentic workflows, automation, data architecture, integration, and analytics.
  • 10+ years of experience in technology or professional services, including 5+ years leading a business unit, service line, or delivery organization.
  • P&L ownership with accountability for revenue and margin.
  • Experience building or scaling a new service offering or delivery capability.
  • Experience defining delivery methodologies, standards, and tooling.
  • Proven ability to scope and sell complex engagements to executive-level buyers.
  • Strong people leadership and experience building and developing client-facing technical teams.
  • Executive presence and the ability to translate complex technology into clear business outcomes.

Preferred:

  • Experience serving SMB and mid-market clients.
  • ERP, CRM, business systems, data and analytics, or technology consulting background.
  • Experience with managed services, subscription, or retained advisory models.
  • Experience within a private equity-backed organization.
  • Relevant AI platform certifications.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $150,000 to $170,000.

This position is also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
