Junior Recruiter

Junior TA Roles and Responsibilities

1. Candidate Sourcing

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes against job requirements
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
  • Post job openings on recruitment platforms and company career pages

2. Recruitment Coordination

  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain interview calendars and recruitment trackers
  • Ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process

3. Candidate Screening

  • Conduct initial HR screening calls
  • Evaluate basic qualifications, communication skills, and role fit
  • Explain company overview, job role, compensation structure, and work model to candidates
  • Shortlist suitable candidates for further evaluation

4. Stakeholder Support

  • Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers
  • Understand job requirements and hiring priorities
  • Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and interview status
  • Support recruitment drives and walk-in events

5. Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/recruitment systems
  • Prepare offer documentation and onboarding coordination
  • Track recruitment metrics such as:
    • Number of profiles sourced
    • Interview-to-offer ratio
    • Offer acceptance rate
    • Time-to-hire

6. Candidate Experience

  • Ensure timely communication and professional engagement with candidates
  • Provide interview feedback updates
  • Maintain positive employer branding during interactions
