Position Overview   

We are building a cutting-edge Platform that will transform the way our customers identify, protect and govern their data. This will revolutionize how customers secure their data by placing identity at the core — providing unparalleled visibility and control.

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and deliver features across the entire stack of our enterprise SaaS security platform. You will work across a modern React frontend, .NET backend services, and Azure cloud infrastructure — shipping capabilities that serve Fortune 500 customers in hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.

This is a hands-on engineering role where strong technical execution, cross-stack fluency, and a security-first mindset are essential. You will collaborate closely with product, architecture, and fellow engineers to deliver scalable, multi-tenant solutions that meet enterprise and regulatory standards.

This is a hybrid role with visits to our Kraków office.

Key Responsibilities   

Full Stack Development

• Design and implement features end-to-end: from React/TypeScript UI through ASP.NET Core APIs and Azure Functions to CosmosDB and SQL Server data layers.
• Build and maintain the modern React frontend using TypeScript, Material UI, React Query, etc. following Feature-Sliced Design (FSD) architecture.
• Develop and extend .NET backend services including ASP.NET Core MVC and REST APIs.
• Write and maintain Azure Functions for asynchronous domain processing.
• Contribute to the ongoing migration of legacy ASP.NET MVC/Blazor frontends to the modern React application.

Data & Cloud Engineering

• Work with SQL Server (Entity Framework Core, Row-Level Security for multi-tenancy) and Azure CosmosDB (document and graph models) to implement performant, secure data access patterns.
• Leverage Azure platform services including Service Bus, Blob Storage, App Configuration, Application Insights, and Azure AD/Entra ID integration.
• Ensure data access patterns respect multi-tenant isolation boundaries and comply with security and privacy requirements.
  
  

Quality & DevOps

• Write comprehensive tests: Vitest and React Testing Library for frontend unit tests, Playwright for E2E tests, xUnit/Moq/FluentAssertions for backend tests.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline maintenance using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
• Contribute to infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and containerized local development (Docker Compose, Azurite).
• Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and technical debt.

Collaboration & Growth

• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design decisions.
• Partner with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into well-structured, extensible solutions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through pairing, code review, and knowledge sharing.
• Champion the use of AI-driven approaches within the development process to enhance quality, speed, and innovation.

 
Qualifications   

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience across frontend and backend.
• Strong proficiency in C# / .NET 8/10 (ASP.NET Core MVC, REST APIs, Azure Functions).
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript / React with experience in modern tooling (Vite, React Query, Material UI).
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server (T-SQL, EF Core, relational modelling) and at least one NoSQL database (CosmosDB preferred).
• Experience building and operating Azure-hosted applications (App Service, Functions, Service Bus, Storage, Application Insights).
• Solid understanding of authentication and authorization patterns (OAuth 2.0, JWT, Auth0 or similar identity providers).
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures and the data isolation patterns they require.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• Strong testing discipline across the stack (unit, integration, E2E).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications   

• Exposure to enterprise security domains (identity security, data security posture management, compliance).
• Experience with Azure CosmosDB (SQL API and/or Gremlin graph API).
• Experience migrating legacy frontends to modern SPA frameworks.
• Familiarity with Feature-Sliced Design or similar frontend architectural methodologies.
• Experience building compliance-ready products (e.g., SOC 2, FedRAMP, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
