Newbridge Marketing

Manager, Influencer & Community Marketing

About the role

The Manager, Influencer & Community Marketing at Newbridge is a hands-on marketer responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of two core areas of the business: Community Management and Influencer Marketing Management. This role will bring Newbridge’s influencer and community strategies to life, managing programs, creators, community members, platforms, processes, and communications across Newbridge and our brand partner portfolio.

Community Management — Manage and grow Campus Collaborative, Newbridge’s nationwide community connecting college students with paid brand opportunities, with responsibility for day-to-day community recruitment, engagement, retention, communications, and activation. This includes building relationships with students and ambassadors, maintaining an active and engaged community, and connecting members with relevant brand campaigns, campus activations, and live experiences.

Influencer Marketing Management — Manage the day-to-day execution of influencer and creator programs on behalf of Newbridge’s brand partners, spanning paid creators, user-generated content (UGC), gifting, affiliate and content partnerships, student ambassadors, and NIL/student-athlete partnerships. This includes creator sourcing and vetting, campaign coordination, contracting and onboarding, relationship management, content execution, measurement, and reporting.

Sitting within the Client Services team and reporting to the VP, Client Services, this role will work closely with internal teams and brand partners to deliver effective influencer, creator, ambassador, and community marketing programs. The Manager will be deeply involved in execution—building relationships with creators and community members, managing campaigns from start to finish, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities to continuously improve how Newbridge connects brands with Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences.
