About the Role

Newbridge Marketing is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Staffing Manager to join our growing Staffing & Recruitment team.

In this role, you'll oversee the full staffing lifecycle for nationwide experiential marketing programs, brand activations, promotional events, and other field marketing initiatives. From recruiting and onboarding talent to managing event schedules, resolving last-minute staffing challenges, and coordinating payroll, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our programs run successfully.

We're looking for someone who has previously managed staffing operations, understands the fast-paced nature of event staffing, and can confidently manage multiple programs and competing priorities with minimal oversight.

This is a fully remote position for candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones. The role includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule of approximately one weekend per month.

What You'll Do

Staffing & Recruitment

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and placement.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified field staff across multiple markets.
  • Manage staff assignments, confirmations, scheduling, and last-minute replacements.
  • Develop creative recruiting strategies for difficult-to-staff markets and urgent staffing needs.

Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee employee onboarding, background checks, employment eligibility verification, and required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate staffing records, schedules, and employee information in StaffConnect.
  • Monitor staffing progress and ensure all programs meet established deadlines.
  • Review timesheets, event recaps, and payroll documentation for accuracy and timely processing.
  • Follow established staffing procedures while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and accountability.

Communication & Program Management

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned staffing programs.
  • Communicate professionally and proactively with clients, internal teams, and field staff.
  • Manage competing deadlines, unexpected changes, and urgent staffing challenges.
  • Maintain organized project tracking and clear communication across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with leadership and other departments to ensure successful program execution.

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and collaborative communication platforms.
