Numeracle Opportunities

Product Marketing Manager

About Numeracle

Numeracle is the leader in verified identity for communications. Founded in 2018, we set out to fix a problem hiding in plain sight: systems built to stop fraud were catching legitimate businesses too. That became Numeracle: the pioneer of Entity Identity Management™, delivering the verified identity infrastructure organizations depend on to prove exactly who they are. So when your hospital, your kid’s school, your bank, or a delivery service calls with something that matters, you trust it enough to answer. More than 4,000 enterprise brands, from local businesses to Fortune 500 companies, rely on us for that trust, and our work helps shape federal policy on identity and communications. We hold certifications including SOC 2 and ISO/IEC 27001, and we’re expanding fast into messaging and digital channels as new regulation raises the stakes. Our philosophy is simple: hire diverse, passionate people who want to help build the infrastructure an entire industry runs on.

Our Culture

Numeracle is a team that works hard, celebrates wins together, and is always looking for new ways to grow. We’re a people-centric company: leadership is transparent about expectations, growth, and company vision, and we trust our people to make it happen. You’ll be encouraged to tackle any and every opportunity, backed by a team that supports and cares about one another.

The Opportunity

Numeracle is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help sharpen how we tell our story to the market, to prospects, and to our sales and customer success teams. You’ll turn what makes our offerings different into messaging sales can use in the moment, and you’ll work closely with our product and content teams so that differentiation shows up consistently everywhere our story is told. Working directly with our CMO, you’ll have real ownership of day-to-day competitive and sales enablement work, with room to grow your scope as the team and company grow. You’re likely a strong fit if a fast-moving market (telecom, contact center, and business identity/fraud prevention) energizes you.

What You’ll Do

•          Track direct competitors (e.g., number reputation management, call-trust, and identity vetting players) and adjacent players in the broader KYB/identity-verification space. Keep our competitive intelligence current and turn it into battlecards, industry playbooks, and other sales-ready collateral.

•          Build and maintain collateral that gives sales clear, confident, easy-to-use answers to “How are you different from X?” in real deals.

•          Help translate product capabilities (Number Reputation Management, Smart Branding, sVIP/Branded Calling ID, KYC as a Service) into clear positioning and messaging, working closely with our product team and CMO.

•          Partner with the content team so competitive positioning and differentiation show up across website copy, ads, social media, bylined articles, data sheets, sales collateral, case studies, and campaigns.

•          Support Sales and Client Engagement by helping run regular win/loss reviews, gathering field intelligence, and equipping reps with positioning and objection handling.

•          Support go-to-market planning for new product launches and feature releases, including messaging, sales enablement materials, and launch readiness.

•          Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Client Engagement so marketing positioning stays grounded in what the product actually does and in how regulations are changing.

•          Bring a collaborative, low-ego mindset to a small, founder-led marketing team. You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves on a battlecard one day and sharing positioning updates with leadership the next.

What You’ll Bring

•          4+ years of experience in product marketing, competitive intelligence, or a closely related B2B marketing role.

•          Experience in, or strong familiarity with, B2B technology markets, ideally telecom, contact center, or enterprise communications (e.g., CCaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS, BPO).

•          Hands-on experience creating battlecards, competitive comparisons, or other sales enablement content that sales teams use.

•          Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can distill complex product and technical concepts into clear, compelling differentiators for sales, prospects, and customers.

•          A collaborative mindset and strong cross-functional instincts. You build trust easily with Sales, Product, and Content.

•          Comfort working in a fast-moving, founder-led company where priorities shift, and the ability to bring structure to your own work.

•          Strong project management skills and attention to detail, especially in keeping living documents like battlecards and competitive trackers accurate and current.

•          Hands-on, daily use of AI tools in your work, such as building agentic workflows, rethinking how work gets done, and connecting workflows across teams.

Nice to Have

•          Direct experience marketing telecom or contact center technology.

•          Familiarity with STIR/SHAKEN, caller ID authentication, robocall/spam mitigation, or business identity verification (KYC/KYB).

•          Experience marketing to BPOs, dialers, or enterprise contact center buyers specifically.

•          Experience with sales enablement tools and platforms.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $120,000–$140,000. Your final offer will depend on your experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role includes:

•          A target annual bonus of 10% of base salary

•          An equity grant

•          Medical, dental, and vision insurance

•          401(k) plan

•          Flexible PTO

•          Monthly internet and phone/data allowance

•          Annual destination work meetings, with travel covered
