Senior Solution Architect (Team Lead – Solution Architecture)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Solution Architect to join our team in a leadership capacity. As a Team Lead – Solution Architecture, you will be responsible for designing technology-agnostic solutions that align with both business objectives and client needs.

This role requires deep expertise across networking, security, collaboration, and AI technologies, along with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, efficient, and innovative technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of end-to-end solution architectures aligned with business and client goals
• Create technology-agnostic solutions that ensure flexibility, scalability, and long-term value
• Translate business requirements into robust technical designs and frameworks
• Provide expertise across networking, security, collaboration platforms, and AI technologies
• Drive the delivery and implementation of technical solutions across projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business stakeholders
• Oversee architecture standards, best practices, and governance
• Mentor and guide team members within the solution architecture function

Qualifications

Required:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar senior technical role
• Strong knowledge of networking, security, collaboration, and AI technologies
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable and efficient enterprise solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a lead or team management role
• Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies
• Experience working in client-facing or consulting environments

Salary $102,308-$153,462 not including incentives or bonus.

The compensation range in this posting reflects the Company’s good‑faith estimate at the time of publication. The applicable base pay range for any individual will be determined based on the candidate’s designated primary work location as well as factors including role scope and responsibilities, required qualifications, and the individual’s experience, education, skills, knowledge, and performance. Certain positions may also be eligible for additional compensation such as discretionary merit increases, bonuses, or sales‑based variable compensation in accordance with applicable plans and role requirements.
