About the Opportunity:
As an Orthodontic Insurance AR Specialist, you will focus on resolving outstanding insurance balances and maximizing reimbursement for orthodontic practices. You’ll research unpaid and past-due claims, work directly with insurance carriers, reconcile payments, and make account adjustments to ensure claims are accurately resolved.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on orthodontic insurance experience who is comfortable navigating insurance carrier websites, following up on unpaid claims, and working through complex account issues with a high level of attention to detail.
