About the role

The Paubox Implementation team is seeking a specialist to assist our team in onboarding new customers. As an implementation specialist at Paubox, you will work with our new customers via Zoom to change their email routing in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and assist them in updating their domain's DNS records. You’ll ensure their success with our product by testing their configuration, reviewing their Paubox dashboard, and answering any questions they have during their onboarding process.


This is a remote position, but candidates must be US-based.


Your day-to-day

  • Onboarding new customers for our SMB segment on our email suite products
  • Assisting customers via email and Zoom with technical setup and questions
  • Supporting customers through the implementation period 
  • Delivering an A+ customer experience all day, every day


What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous onboarding, implementation, or support experience
  • Natural ability to connect with customers and understand their priorities and issues
  • Exceptional communication skills 
  • Experience with email routing and DNS management
  • Team player! We work together

  • Ability to work and thrive remotely


It would be great if you also have

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience working in the healthcare or regulated industry
  • Familiarity with Hubspot


Compensation and Hours

  • $35 per hour
  • 20-25 hours per week
  • Available shifts include 6am-12pm pacific or 12pm-6pm pacific
  • 6-month contract, ending in December 2026
