Committed to quality and innovation, we are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our sheet metal manufacturing processes.

This role combines product assembly with keeping our facility clean, organized, and ready for the team. Most of your day will be spent assembling products, with dedicated time for cleaning and maintaining production areas.

What you’ll do

• Spend approximately six hours per day assembling products and components
• Follow work instructions and check your work for quality and accuracy
• Help keep production moving by completing tasks consistently and on time
• Spend approximately two hours per day cleaning and organizing work areas
• Maintain clean, orderly workstations and shared spaces
• Use tools and supplies safely and follow workplace procedures
• Pitch in with other production tasks as needed

• Someone dependable who takes pride in showing up and doing the job well
• A careful worker who notices details and follows instructions
• Comfort with hands-on, repetitive work and being on your feet for much of the shift
• A team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed

Assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or cleaning experience is helpful, but it’s not required. We’re interested in people who are reliable, ready to work, and eager to contribute.

Position details

• Full-time
• $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience
• Based in Anaheim, California
• Typical workday includes approximately six hours of assembly and two hours of cleaning
