[About the role]

We're looking for a Senior B2B Marketing Manager to own and scale our demand generation engine and content marketing strategy. You'll report to the Head of Growth and work closely with the Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales teams, Online Revenue, and Growth Product.

This is a high-impact role in a lean team. You won't just build strategy — you'll execute it. You'll own the full demand generation funnel from awareness to MQL/PQL, build the content engine that fuels it, and directly contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.

[Responsibilities]

Demand Generation (Primary)

  • Own the end-to-end B2B demand generation strategy across paid, organic, and event channels
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (paid search/social, SEO, webinars, ABM, email nurture)
  • Build and manage the marketing funnel — define MQL/PQL criteria, track conversion rates, and optimize for pipeline contribution
  • Partner with Growth Marketing, Online Revenue, and Sales teams to ensure marketing-sourced leads convert to revenue
  • Manage marketing budget allocation with a focus on ROI and cost-per-acquisition by channel and region
  • Set up and maintain marketing analytics and attribution — weekly/monthly reporting on pipeline impact

Content Marketing (Secondary)

  • Define the content strategy that supports demand generation across the buyer journey (awareness → consideration → decision)
  • Plan the editorial calendar covering blog posts, case studies, webinars, whitepapers, and industry-specific content
  • Write and produce content directly (blog posts, case studies, whitepapers) while also coordinating with internal subject matter experts (SMEs), freelance writers, and agencies to scale output
  • Develop ICP-specific content for key verticals (e.g., automotive, fintech, design agencies, mobile app teams)
  • Ensure content is optimized for SEO and integrated into demand gen campaigns

Cross-Functional

  • Partner with Product Marketing on new product launches, GTM, and content alignment
  • Coordinate with regional marketing colleagues on localized campaigns and field events across Global, Korea, China, and Japan
  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing and Growth Product Squad on PLG-related messaging and in-product growth motions


[Qualifications]

Must

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on demand generation
  • Proven track record of building and scaling demand gen programs that contributed to measurable pipeline and revenue
  • Hands-on experience with 2+ of the following: webinars/events, ABM, email nurture, paid search/social (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), SEO
  • Direct or indirect experience planning and managing a content marketing program (strategy + production coordination)
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with marketing funnel metrics, attribution, and data-driven decision-making
  • Professional working proficiency in English (global product, English-first content)
  • Native or bilingual Korean proficiency

Plus

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Experience marketing to developers, designers, or technical audiences
  • Experience at a PLG (product-led growth) company
  • Experience in a global SaaS company
  • Team lead or mentoring experience
  • Familiarity with product marketing — positioning, messaging, competitive analysis
  • Experience with data visualization/analytics tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Lightdash)

[Working Arrangements]

  • Flexible working hours (Generally from 10 AM to 7 PM KST).
  • Mandatory full-time work at office
  • Full-time position (during the first 3 months—the probation period, the employee will receive 100% of their salary).
