We are looking for a Paid Media Manager specializing in SEM, Programmatic buying and Social channels to join our performance marketing team. 

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization of global paid campaigns, with a specific focus on driving Revenue efficiently and making data-driven decisions.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who has already operated at scale, is comfortable managing 6-figure monthly budgets, and deeply understands how performance marketing works.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the performance strategy and day-to-day management and ownership of all currently running performance marketing channels within SEM, Social media and programmatic buying.
  • Drive growth, efficiency, and innovation of channels through hands-on management and strategic direction.
  • Identify, implement and grow new opportunities (through new channels, formats, and placements). 
  • Work closely with our Paid social and creative specialist as a key resource for creative test variations, and iteration.


Requirements and Skills

  • 4+ years in a similar role. 
  • Proficient hands-on experience with SEM, Paid social and other relevant digital Marketing areas.
  • Solid understanding of web attribution models, cross-channel measurement and MMPs.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to generate actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Ability to collect data, define problems and identify areas of improvement.
  • Very strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, with ability to work with minimal supervision. 
  • Strong analytical mindset and orientation towards results
  • Strong communication skills in English language
