Legal Assistant

This is an Entry-Level Legal Assistant position; no experience required. The ideal candidate will be a well-organized, proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong desire to progress within our organization. Specific Job Responsibilities:

· Assist in drafting and compiling legal documents

· Update all internal systems with relevant case information and status.

· Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism

· Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements as applicable

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications

· Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication

· Superior organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and efficiency

Required Education and Training:

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

· High school or equivalent required
