About Rebel Athletic

Founded in 2012 by Karen Aldridge, Rebel Athletic creates cheer and performance apparel that brings together bold design, custom craftsmanship, and athletic function. From couture-inspired uniforms to versatile athleisure, our products help athletes and performers express their individuality and perform with confidence.

Customization is central to our business. We partner directly with teams, gyms, studios, and program owners to design and produce made-to-order uniforms, costumes, and performance apparel. Each collaboration brings a program’s vision to life through pieces that reflect its identity and meet the demands of performance.

Behind every order is coordination across design, sales, customer service, operations, and finance. Our team members help turn creative ideas into finished products while supporting the accuracy, service, and execution our customers expect.

At Rebel, creativity and accountability work together. We value people who bring ideas, take ownership of their work, and collaborate across departments. As part of our Finance team, you will help support this custom apparel business through accurate reporting, reliable processes, and strong partnerships throughout the organization.
