Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager - Hybrid in Seattle, WA - paid relocation available

As Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager, you'll own our most important partner relationships: the MLSs, brokerages, and proptech platforms with the greatest potential. Your success is measured by how deeply RentSpree penetrates each partner's agent base, how many of those agents activate, and the revenue they generate. You'll use AI to move faster on all 3, and you'll raise the bar for the partnerships team by building the plays, tools, and coaching that help every teammate hit their number.

Hybrid in Seattle, WA: 2 in-office collaboration days a week, plus partner and conference travel.

What You'll Do

Partner penetration, activation, and revenue

  • Own penetration, activation, and revenue targets for a book of top-tier partners, with signups as the input that feeds all 3.
  • Build a Battle Plan for each partner that shows where penetration is low, what's slowing activation, and which plays will close the gap.
  • Launch campaigns with partner leadership that move agents from signup to their first transaction quickly.
  • Track penetration, activation, and revenue every week, and adjust before the month closes.
  • Find and remove what keeps agents from adopting, whether that's training, integration, or awareness inside the partner.

Top-tier partner management

  • Serve as the senior relationship owner for critical partners.
  • Lead executive business reviews built around next quarter's growth plan and the commitments each side will make.
  • Secure partner buy-in for campaigns, integrations, and co-marketing programs that increase agent reach and usage.
  • Manage complex accounts with many stakeholders and competing priorities, and keep everyone moving toward the same targets.
  • Use your knowledge of the real estate and MLS landscape to anticipate partner challenges and spot growth opportunities early.

Using AI to move faster

  • Use AI every day to prepare for partner meetings, build account plans, analyze performance, and draft partner communications, so more of your time goes to partners.
  • Build AI workflows that find penetration and activation gaps across your book faster than manual analysis can.
  • Turn what works into shared prompts, templates, and tools the whole partnerships team uses.
  • Test new AI tools and methods, measure their effect on partner results, and share what you learn.

Raising the team bar

  • Set the standard for account plans, business reviews, and partner strategy on the partnerships team.
  • Mentor and coach teammates on growth planning, executive conversations, and negotiation.
  • Build and document playbooks for penetration, activation, and revenue growth that work across partner types.
  • Work with Marketing, Product, and Sales on go-to-market plans for new products and features.
  • Bring partner insights back to Product and leadership to shape roadmap and strategy.

Our job descriptions evolve with our business needs and priorities. Your role may include other tasks, projects, and team support.

Skills You Bring

  • 7+ years in partnership management, account management, or business development in a B2B2C tech environment, ideally in proptech, real estate tech, or with MLS organizations
  • Track record of growing penetration, activation, and revenue across large, complex partner accounts, with results you can quantify
  • Experience building executive relationships and influencing decision makers who don't report to you
  • Strong negotiation skills, including multi-party agreements and joint marketing programs
  • Daily, hands-on use of AI tools to speed up analysis, planning, and communication, with examples of how it changed your results
  • Comfort with data: you can build the analysis yourself, find what matters, and turn it into a plan
  • Experience mentoring peers and building playbooks a team adopts
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, written and verbal, including with executive audiences
  • Self-starter who moves fast, holds a high bar, and does well against aggressive targets
  • Organized, with the ability to manage several top-tier partners and competing priorities at once
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred

AI Compounds the Work

AI is a core skill. The people who thrive here are curious, take ownership, and use AI to compound their thinking, not replace it.

We are fueled by our Guiding Principles

How we work and who we are comes down to six guiding principles. These are the principles we hire for and hold ourselves to:

  • Customer obsession: Our customers' needs come first. Not eventually, not when it's convenient. Every decision runs through one question: does this make things better for the people who depend on us?
  • Take action, forge solutions: When there's a problem, we don't wait for permission to solve it. We move with urgency, think past the obvious fix, and build something that holds.
  • Be candid, yet respectful: Say what you think. Name the problem. Challenge the idea. We don't do polite silence, but we also don't do cheap shots. Honest, direct, respectful.
  • Disagree, then commit: The best decisions come from real debate. Say what you think, even if it's uncomfortable. Once we decide, we move together.
  • Be audacious, learn loudly: Take the big swings our mission demands, treat every outcome as impact or a lesson, and share what you learn openly so the whole company grows stronger.
  • Strive for excellence: We don't settle at "done." We ask whether it's right, whether it's better than last time, and whether it's something we'd be proud to put in front of a customer.
