What You’ll Do

Manage Contracting & Commercial Documentation

  • Own the coordination, review, negotiation, and execution of customer and partner agreements
  • Lead contract negotiations in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external counterparties
  • Manage contract redlines and version control while ensuring timely execution
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Security, and Business Development teams to resolve contractual and compliance issues
  • Maintain organized contract documentation and ensure accurate tracking of obligations, approvals, and renewal timelines
  • Identify opportunities to streamline contracting workflows and improve operational efficiency

Coordinate Due Diligence & RFP/RFI Responses

  • Own and coordinate customer due diligence requests across security, compliance, operational, financial, and technical domains
  • Manage the intake, coordination, and completion of RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between internal subject matter experts and external stakeholders
  • Ensure responses are accurate, consistent, timely, and aligned with Reserv standards
  • Maintain and continuously improve repositories of standard responses, documentation, and supporting materials
  • Identify recurring themes and recommend process or documentation improvements to enhance future response efficiency
  • Work with marketing teams to develop proposal presentations using Reserv’s style and brand guidelines
  • Support tool creation and technology enhancement to automate and streamline response production

Drive Post-Sale Operational Readiness

  • Partner closely with Business Development and Operations teams to coordinate pre-onboarding standard work and support seamless transitions from signed agreement to onboarding readiness
  • Track key implementation milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Support internal documentation and workflow standardization efforts to improve scalability and consistency
  • Act as a cross-functional liaison to help remove blockers and drive execution across teams


What You Bring

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience in contract management, legal operations, commercial operations, vendor management, account operations, or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating commercial contracts and managing complex agreement workflows
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional due diligence efforts, RFPs, RFIs, or security questionnaires
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience working in insurance, SaaS, fintech, insurtech, or other highly regulated industries strongly preferred


Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong understanding of commercial contract structures, negotiation processes, and operational risk considerations
  • Experience working in insurance operations, claims administration, or regulatory compliance frameworks
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate and drive alignment across multiple internal teams
  • Excellent written communication skills with experience drafting and editing professional business responses
  • Strong project management and workflow coordination capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and operate independently in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency with contract management systems, CRM platforms, and collaboration tools
  • Strong judgment, professionalism, and problem-solving skills


Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting enterprise sales or strategic partnerships functions
  • Experience building scalable operational processes in high-growth organizations
  • Professional certifications related to contracts, legal operations, project management, or procurement

Travel: Up to 10-15% for team meetings, customer engagements, and industry events
