Senior Talent Sourcer, GTM

About Rippling

Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.

Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.4B+ from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.

We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.

About the role

The GTM Leadership Sourcer will develop and execute sourcing strategies for Rippling’s Sales organization across North America, with a primary focus on Sales leadership and other high-impact roles. This person will partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and GTM leaders to build targeted talent pipelines, provide market insights, and identify exceptional candidates. As Rippling grows, they’ll also flex across Sales roles and help expand our sourcing strategies into new markets and geographies.

What you will do

  • Own sourcing strategy and execution for senior Sales and GTM leadership searches, with a focus on building high-quality pipelines for business-critical roles.
  • Partner closely with Recruiters, Recruiting leadership, and senior Hiring Managers to define target profiles, calibrate talent, and translate business priorities into actionable sourcing plans.
  • Build market maps and talent intelligence for priority sales segments, competitor ecosystems, and leadership pools; use those insights to shape search strategy and stakeholder decision-making.
  • Develop creative outbound campaigns and engagement strategies that resonate with senior GTM talent and reflect Rippling’s product, growth, and leadership story.
  • Proactively identify pipeline risks, conversion gaps, and market constraints; recommend changes to search strategy, messaging, or role calibration based on data.
  • Maintain a high bar for candidate experience, from first outreach through recruiter handoff, ensuring candidates understand the opportunity, expectations, and process.
  • Operate with autonomy in a fast-moving environment, balancing multiple high-priority searches while adapting quickly to shifting business needs.

What you will need

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, GTM, or executive sourcing/recruiting, ideally in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of the Sales and GTM talent landscape, including experience sourcing sales leadership, senior IC, and/or strategic go-to-market talent.
  • Proven ability to build and execute sourcing strategies for complex, high-priority searches where the target market is narrow, competitive, or ambiguous.
  • Strong market-mapping and talent-intelligence skills, with the ability to turn research into clear recommendations for Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
  • Excellent stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders, drive calibration, and push for clarity when role requirements or tradeoffs are unclear.
  • Strong business acumen and curiosity about how sales teams scale, how GTM roles differ by segment or motion, and how talent strategy connects to revenue goals.
  • Data-driven approach to sourcing, with comfort using funnel metrics, response rates, conversion data, and market insights to improve outcomes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in outbound messaging, candidate storytelling, and executive-facing updates.
  • High ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently while staying tightly aligned with the broader recruiting team.
