The #1 personal development and peak performance strategy company in the world is looking for an experienced Content Development Producer to work directly alongside Tony Robbins and our Creative team to produce the content that reaches millions — across live and digital events, media, editorial, podcasts, books, and video. 

Think of it like being a producer on a live broadcast - except the "show" is a world-class event, the "host" is Tony, and everything changes in real time. You're in the room, on the front line, turning vision into execution. 

WHO YOU ARE 

We hire for DNA first, skills second. The right person for this role is wired a certain way - and they'll know it when they read this: 

You're the most resourceful person in the room. You can build a time machine out of duct tape, a calculator, and sheer will. Tony says it best: "Failure is never a lack of resources - it's a lack of resourcefulness." That's your operating system. 

Your processing speed is fast. You move at the pace of a live broadcast. You synthesize it all and walk out with a clear action plan while everyone else is still catching up. A background that demanded real-time decision-making under pressure is a major plus (think live TV, live event production, agency grind, or business ownership). 

You have grit. You push through - no matter what. You've stepped into things you've never done before and made them work because standing still was never an option. No one had to teach you. You just leaned in and did it. That scrappy, "I am the copywriter, and the designer, and the producer..." is exactly what we need. 

You can pitch and catch with Tony. You're a natural sounding board - present, engaged, matching energy, and tracking in real time. You're not just taking notes; you're building on ideas and keeping pace. When intensity or urgency spikes, you meet itwillingly.  

You own outcomes top to bottom. When something lands on your plate, you take something from idea to finished product - research, build, format, deliver. You don't need a design team or someone to hand it off to. You get in flow and you get it done. 

You demand precision. The details matter to you - not because someone told you to care, but because getting it right is in your nature. You hold the standard and protect it through every stage of execution. 

You geek out behind-the-scenes. Formatting slides in Keynote, structuring research into a deliverable - some people hate that work. You find the flow in it. The prep that makes Tony great on stage? That lights you up. 

You're accountable and relentless. You follow through, period. When it's crunch time, you're on the front line - and you wouldn't have it any other way. 

You create your own certainty. This environment moves fast. Priorities shift. Plans evolve. You don't wait for someone to hand you a roadmap - you build one. Where others stall in ambiguity, you move forward with conviction.  

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO 

You are the connective tissue between Tony's vision and the teams who bring it to life. You're a producer, researcher and creative problem-solver - often all in the same day. 

• Produce content directly with Tony and the Creative team across live and digital events (roughly 85% of the role), podcasts, media appearances, books, and video 

• Act as the liaison between the Robbins world and the rest of the company - connecting stakeholders, executives, and creative partners 

• Define and protect the creative direction - ensure Tony's voice, standards, and vision are maintained from concept through completion 

• Proactively identify risks and solve problems on the fly - whether on-stage, in-studio, or mid-meeting

REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor's degree in the humanities (English, journalism, marketing, communications, or related) 

• 6+ years of post-college experience in content production, live events, editorial, media, or a similar fast-paced creative environment 

• Experience writing, editing, researching, and fact verification 

• Experience with project management 

• Strong command of Apple OS and Keynote (this is a must) 

• Experience with InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a strong plus
