The Facilities Coordinator oversees building operations, maintenance, and facility systems across all company bases, ensuring assets are maintained to a high standard and employees and the public are supported in a safe environment. Under the direction of Snowbird Aviation Services' General Manager, this role also coordinates major facility projects from planning through completion.


What you'll do

  • Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and properties for Rise Air and Snowbird Aviation Services across Saskatchewan.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to Facilities Attendants, while coordinating contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure facilities are maintained to a high standard.
  • Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, and grounds maintenance services such as landscaping, snow removal, and irrigation.
  • Lead facility renovation, construction, and improvement projects from planning through completion.
  • Respond to facility emergencies and support business continuity and recovery plans.
  • Monitor budgets and facility-related expenditures, and prepare work plans, reports, and project updates for leadership.


What you'll bring

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, building operations, maintenance, or a related field.
  • A journeyperson certificate, technical diploma or facilities management administrator (FMA) designation will be considered an asset
  • Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience of building systems, including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and security systems.
  • Excellent leadership, project coordination, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, travel within Saskatchewan, and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations as required.
  • A valid Class 5 Driver's License or equivalent is required.


What you'll get

The expected compensation range for this role is $65,000.00 to $78,686.40 per year. Placement within the range will be based on demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and internal equity considerations.
