Barista / Bartender: Sofive Hatfield

Position Summary:
Sofive Hatfield is looking for a reliable and guest-focused Barista / Bartender to support our café and bar operations. This position will prepare and serve coffee, non-alcoholic beverages, and alcoholic beverages while maintaining a professional and welcoming experience for players, parents, teams, and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other café beverages
• Serve beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages permitted under the facility’s license
• Verify IDs and follow all responsible alcohol-service requirements
• Operate the POS system and accurately process cash and card transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked café/bar area
• Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs
• Follow opening, closing, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures
• Support birthday parties, tournaments, leagues, and other facility events
• Provide consistent, high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• RAMP Server/Seller training required within the applicable timeframe
• Previous barista, bartending, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred
• Comfortable handling alcohol-service responsibilities and checking identification
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills
• Reliable and able to work independently when needed
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event-driven schedules

• $14 / hour
• Availability: Evenings and weekends required
• Additional hours may be available during tournaments, events, and high-volume periods
