A Day in the Life:

• Build and enhance systems using Java, J2EE, and related enterprise technologies.
• Apply cloud development experience to build and support scalable applications, with GCP experience preferred.
• Work with containerized application environments and Kubernetes to support deployment, scalability, and reliability.
• Work with frameworks and tools such as React, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, JSF, and similar technologies.
• Develop new functionality within existing software products and support ongoing system enhancements.
• Design, code, test, and deliver business systems that meet client requirements.
• Actively leverage AI tools to streamline tasks, improve quality, and share best practices with teammates while continuously identifying new ways to integrate AI into everyday workflows.
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements and design through development, testing, and deployment.
• Take ownership of code deliverables and ensure successful completion within project timelines.

• Consultative approach and problem solving skills to successfully align digital solutions with long-term business goals of the client
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance daily work, or a strong desire to do so, including a willingness to experiment, learn, and champion AI adoption within your role
• Commitment to understanding and exceeding client expectations
• Ability to perform project oversight and execution of deliverables
• Flexibility to adapt within a high-growth organization
• Ability to lead, mentor and motivate those around them
