Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator

STARK is seeking a Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator to support our growing ecommerce operations. This role sits at the intersection of online order fulfillment, final-mile delivery, and vendor management, ensuring every customer order moves seamlessly from purchase to doorstep while maintaining the elevated service standards expected of a luxury brand.

As STARK continues to expand its direct-to-consumer business, this individual will play a critical role in coordinating fulfillment operations across third-party logistics partners, delivery vendors, and internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience from order placement through delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor orders throughout the fulfillment lifecycle—from purchase through delivery—and maintain accurate records within ERP, OMS, and SharePoint systems.
  • Hold delivery and labor vendors accountable to STARK's service and quality standards, escalating performance issues when necessary.
  • Review and approve labor and delivery invoices against agreed-upon pricing and process approvals through the online payment system.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer delivery inquiries, proactively troubleshooting issues and ensuring resolutions that reflect STARK's luxury service standards.
  • Retrieve, organize, and maintain delivery documentation, site photos, and post-installation records within SharePoint.
  • Track key fulfillment and delivery performance metrics, including on-time delivery, damage rates, and delivery confirmations.
  • Partner with the 5-Star Customer Experience and Claims teams to resolve escalated ecommerce order issues.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to support the continued growth and scalability of STARK's ecommerce operations.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, ecommerce operations, order fulfillment, supply chain coordination, or a related operations role.
  • Experience working with ecommerce fulfillment processes, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and/or final-mile or white glove delivery operations preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook; experience with ERP, OMS, or warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and changing business needs.
  • Interest in luxury home furnishings, interior design, or high-end retail is a plus.
