About the role

Our Contracts Management professionals play a critical role in helping clients manage risk, maintain compliance, and extract value from supplier agreements. We're building a talent network that includes professionals with a LL.B. or equivalent law degree or license who can draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements. What you'll do

As a team member in our Contracts Management function, you may:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor agreements
• Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, and operational stakeholders to ensure contract alignment
• Track contract lifecycles and manage renewals, amendments, and terminations
• Support the development of contract templates, playbooks, and risk mitigation strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and systems for contract tracking and compliance
• Help clients identify opportunities for process improvement and policy enhancement

*Responsibilities will vary based on the client program you’re assigned to.

Who we're looking for

You may be a great fit for our Contracts Management talent pool if you:

• Hold an LL.B. or equivalent law degree, or be scheduled to graduate with a law degree within the next six months.
• Have experience working in contract lifecycle management, legal operations, or procurement — or with experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Understand standard terms and risk considerations across commercial agreements
• Are detail-oriented and organized, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Are comfortable managing multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a remote environment
• Are process-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable with contract management systems or CLM tools
• Enjoy solving complex problems, supporting stakeholders, and delivering excellent client service

Compensation: This job posting is used to identify potential candidates for our Talent Network which includes all levels of experience. All compensation decisions are based on qualifications, experience, and the role being filled. The base salary for candidates in India will range ₹5.6 LPA – ₹56.2 LPA (CTC) depending on the specific variables previously mentioned.
