T2 Tech Group is seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Leader with extensive healthcare IT experience, including Epic EHR, and a proven track record leading enterprise Agile initiatives, governance, and organizational transformation. This individual will assess current Agile practices, develop an enterprise Agile strategy, governance framework, implementation roadmap, and maturity model, and guide adoption across multiple healthcare application teams.

The ideal candidate combines executive leadership, Agile transformation expertise, and exceptional facilitation skills to build consensus among executive leadership and the Product Management Office. This role will partner with leadership to establish enterprise standards, oversee implementation, and provide coaching to ensure a sustainable Agile operating model.

Responsibilities

·       Assess current Agile practices, governance, organizational maturity, and delivery processes.

·       Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and strategy sessions.

·       Develop the Enterprise Agile Strategy, Governance Framework, Governance Charter, and implementation roadmap.

·       Define Agile standards, governance processes, implementation guidelines, and organizational best practices.

·       Establish implementation priorities, timelines, maturity models, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.

·       Facilitate Governance Committee meetings and executive presentations.

·       Partner with executive leadership, Project managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and department leaders to drive alignment.

·       Provide strategic coaching and guidance to leadership and Agile teams.

·       Oversee implementation of the approved strategy and monitor progress against the roadmap.

·       Conduct maturity assessments, identify risks, and recommend continuous improvements.

·       Provide executive reporting and knowledge transfer to support long-term organizational success.

Requirements

·       5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare IT, organizational transformation, or enterprise project delivery.

·       5+ years leading Agile transformations, governance initiatives, or large-scale organizational change programs.

·       Demonstrated experience developing Agile strategies, governance frameworks, implementation roadmaps, and maturity models.

·       Experience leading healthcare organizations transitioning from Waterfall to Agile delivery models.

·       Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

·       Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive organizational change without direct authority.

·       Exceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

·       Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or similar enterprise collaboration platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

·       Agile certifications such as CSP, CSC, SPC, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.

·       Experience leading enterprise Agile transformations within large integrated healthcare systems.

Success in This Role

·       Develop and gain executive approval of an enterprise Agile strategy and governance framework.

·       Build organizational alignment around a common Agile vision, roadmap, and implementation approach.

·       Successfully guide departments through the transition from traditional Waterfall to Agile delivery.

·       Establish standardized governance, metrics, reporting, and implementation practices across participating departments.

·       Enable leaders, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to become self-sufficient through coaching and mentorship.

·       Deliver a sustainable Agile operating model that continues to mature beyond the engagement.
