The role

This one's all about plumbing and gas pricing. You'll review live quotes, sense-check pricing and scope, fix anything that's off, and sign them off so jobs can go out. Need more detail? You'll call the tenant to firm it up. No selling, no site visits — just fast, accurate pricing.

What you'll be doing

• Reviewing live quotes and checking labour, materials and scope stack up.
• Adjusting quotes that are out of line with fair market pricing.
• Calling tenants to clarify scope and firm up a quote.
• Confirming and signing off quotes so jobs can be dispatched.
• Flagging anything out of scope or carrying a compliance or safety risk.

What you'll bring

• A strong grasp of plumbing (and ideally gas) pricing — labour, fittings, fixtures and typical job costs.
• A plumbing background, and time pricing plumbing jobs on the tools.
• A handle on the compliance and certification rules for plumbing and gas work.
• Fast, accurate pricing judgement you're confident standing behind.
• Good computer skills and a clear phone manner with tenants.
