Welcome to Amplify Careers

Senior Campaign Manager

Amplify is a global digital entertainment and creator agency operating at the dynamic intersection of talent, content, and culture. Founded and headquartered in Australia and now spanning the Asia Pacific, United States, and beyond, we set out to redefine entertainment for the modern world. We collaborate with the world’s biggest brands and top digital talent to craft original campaigns, live events, social commerce, and high-impact digital production that truly connect with audiences everywhere.

At our core, we give brands the ultimate advantage on social feeds by doing something simple yet transformative: we help them create like a creator. We’ve traded bland brand-speak for pure, platform-native authenticity, combining sharp global perspective with a down-to-earth, genuine spirit. Because we think like creators, we are creators, ensuring we stay endlessly curious, act boldly, and move at the speed of culture. Welcome to your creator era. Welcome to Amplify.

The Role:

As a Senior Campaign Manager at Amplify, you sit at the heart of the agency as the primary driver of our most impactful campaigns. You are a senior member of the MAKE department, working closely with Accounts, Creative, and Production to bring high-stakes creator-driven campaigns to life. Beyond owning the lifecycle of these campaigns, you mentor and lead the wider campaign team — empowered to make independent decisions, solve complex problems, and grow our talent and client network. The role calls for strategic judgement, leadership, and commercial acumen in equal measure.

What you'll do

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Work with Accounts, Creative, and Production teams to translate brand objectives into creator-led executions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build scalable, innovative creator campaign guidelines
  • Guide and quality-check creative briefs for high-value or multi-market campaigns before they go to creators
  • Manage high-level negotiations with creators, balancing commercial and creative outcomes
  • Oversee contract and usage rights administration across the team, resolving complex or non-standard agreement terms
  • Act as the senior operational lead across local or global, single- or multi-market creator campaigns — owning the lifecycle from pitch through to post-mortem and ensuring consistency in strategy, quality, and brand alignment
  • Provide final sign-off on creator content for high-value or complex campaigns, ensuring alignment with brief and brand guidelines
  • Oversee compliance across the team's campaigns, ensuring creator content meets disclosure and platform regulatory requirements

Client Management

Business & Financial Management

  • Review and approve budgets and creator rates negotiated by Campaign Managers before they are shared with clients
  • Oversee the collection and processing of creator invoices to ensure timely payment
  • Support your line manager in quarterly forecasting, planning, and performance reviews
  • Drive performance tracking and insights across campaigns — using measurement and reporting platforms such as HypeAuditor, Meltwater, Klear, and TTO — to optimise future execution
  • Prepare and deliver high-level performance reporting and recommendations to internal stakeholders

Team Management

  • Mentor, train, and guide Campaign Managers and Campaign Executives to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Lead onboarding and training for the team on new internal systems and tools
  • Foster a collaborative, solutions-focused team culture with a focus on professional development

Business Development

  • Identify new market and creator opportunities to expand the campaign offering
  • Contribute to new business pitches, drawing on campaign insights and industry knowledge
  • Support cross-market alignment with regional leads to maximise commercial opportunities

Ad Hoc Projects

  • Participate in or lead internal initiatives and special projects as required

Skills and Experience:

Experience

  • 6+ years in campaign management, digital marketing, or social media, including 2+ years in a leadership capacity
  • Proven experience mentoring junior staff, managing team performance, and overseeing career development

  • Track record building large-scale, multi-market influencer campaigns from conception to delivery
  • Experience as primary point of contact for major brands, managing long-term partnerships
