Toho International, Inc.

Enterprise Systems Analyst (Los Angeles - Hybrid)

Summary

The Enterprise Systems Analyst (ERP & Business Systems) plays a critical role in the implementation,

optimization, and ongoing evolution of Toho International’s enterprise technology landscape. This

position is primarily focused on ERP and core business systems, serving as a bridge between Finance,

Operations, IT, and external vendors.

Reporting to the Director of IT & Workplace Operations, this role owns requirements gathering, system

analysis, testing, and project execution for ERP and related enterprise platforms that support financial

reporting, operational workflows, and compliance (including J-SOX requirements).

While the role provides limited hands-on IT support to ensure continuity, the majority of responsibilities

are centered on business systems analysis, ERP implementation, integrations, and cross-functional

project delivery, rather than traditional desktop or help desk support. Experience supporting cloud-based

ERP platforms, particularly NetSuite is a strong plus, as the organization continues to mature its finance

and operational systems

  • Maintain detailed system documentation, process maps, configuration records, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support audit and compliance activities by validating system controls, access permissions, and data integrity in alignment with J-SOX requirements.
  • Experience supporting or contributing to NetSuite implementations, enhancements, or integrations, including modules supporting financials, procurement, inventory, or reporting.

  • Monitor system usage, performance, and adoption metrics; recommend improvements to efficiency, scalability, and data quality.
  • Contribute analysis and recommendations to the IT roadmap and enterprise systems strategy.
  • Support change management, training, and documentation related to enterprise system enhancements.

Limited IT Operations & End-User Support

  • Provide limited hands-on support for macOS and Windows environments to maintain operational continuity.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks and office technology needs on an exception basis.
  • Coordinate with Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners for routine operational support and escalations.
  • Provide on-site support for events or production activities in the LA office as needed.

What you’ll have

  • 7+ years of IT experience including direct, hands-on involvement in ERP implementations, requirements gathering, testing, and enterprise system projects; and 2–4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or systems analysis roles.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing business processes and translating them into system or workflow requirements.
  • Experience supporting ERP systems used for finance and operations (e.g., general ledger, purchasing, invoicing, inventory, reporting).
  • Experience supporting UAT, data validation, integrations, or system enhancements.
  • Ability to document technical requirements, process maps, and system configurations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across systems, data, and integrations.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, access controls, and data protection best practices.
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP in a production environment, either during implementation, post-go-live optimization, or ongoing system enhancement is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (implementation support, configuration, reporting, integrations, or UAT) is strongly preferred.

  • Experience supporting ERP systems in audit-sensitive or regulated environments (SOX or J-SOX preferred).

Systems Analysis, Integrations & Data
