About the role

This role contributes directly to Vasion’s next chapter of growth. The Growth Marketing Manager will execute Vasion’s full-funnel demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns across the Americas region, from campaign build through reporting, turning engagement into the pipeline that fuels the company’s growth. This is a hands-on marketing role for someone who enjoys building compelling, multi-channel campaigns, managing the details with precision, and using data to sharpen what’s working. The role partners with Paid Media, Content, Design, Product Marketing, and Web to build the campaign assets that convert prospects into pipeline.


As a Growth Marketing Manager, you'll play a critical role on our marketing team and will be responsible for planning & executing full-funnel prospect-focused campaigns and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives in the AMER region. You will execute using multiple marketing channels and work closely with our internal Sales and cross-functional marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment to drive measurable business results.


The ideal candidate will be strongly motivated by engaging and original marketing that grabs attention and starts conversations, robust project management, and using metrics and data to drive decisions.


What you'll do

Campaign Activation & ABM Execution

  • Plan, build, and manage full-funnel campaigns across email, advertising, retargeting, third-party programs, events, webinars, and social media to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and upsell targets.
  • Execute ABM initiatives and full-funnel prospect campaigns across the AMER region.
  • Orchestrate campaign execution end-to-end, from kickoff through launch and reporting, anticipating needs, resolving blockers, and keeping details from falling through the cracks.

Data & Performance

  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to surface insights and build clear, data-driven reports and recommendations for stakeholders.

Cross-Functional & Sales Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Sales and BDR teams to align campaign execution, optimize lead handoff, and accelerate pipeline.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Content, Design, and Web to create landing pages, emails, ads, and other materials that resonate with target audiences and drive conversion.
  • Provide regular, clear campaign updates and performance reporting to stakeholders.
Qualifications

Campaign Activation & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, including 2+ years in demand generation, integrated, or ABM campaigns.
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B, technology, or a similar industry.
  • Working knowledge of demand generation, ABM, and modern digital marketing practices, including lead nurturing, lead scoring, and marketing operations.

Communication & Data Fluency

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, with strong project management and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without dropping details.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Skilled in analyzing performance data and using marketing analytics tools.
