Staff Product Manager - Robot Capabilities

Position Summary:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will sit at the center of the feedback loop between what customers need and what our development team builds. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that will help define the future for Walden and our customers.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Own the product roadmap for one or more market verticals or product surfaces, prioritizing across customer sites and use cases
  • Develop a deep, first-hand understanding of customer workflows, environments, and constraints, and translate them into clear requirements
  • Partner with internal engineering teams to prioritize capability development against customer deployment timelines
  • Partner with field operations and customer success to gain real-world feedback, and feed it back into the engineering roadmap
  • Define customer-centric KPIs that translate business outcomes into measurable criteria

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in robotics, hardware, or other physical/autonomous systems
  • Strong technical fluency
  • Strong quantitative instincts and experience using data to drive prioritization decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous, real-world customer requirements
  • Track record of shipping technically complex, hardware-dependent products
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to work fluently across engineering, field operations, and go-to-market teams
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing, logistics, or other deskless-worker environments preferred
