About the Role

Wanta Thome is a plaintiff-side employment litigation firm representing individuals in high-stakes workplace disputes across Minnesota and Illinois. We are seeking an Administrative Charge Paralegal to own the full lifecycle of administrative agency charges within our Litigation pipeline.

This role is the foundation of how cases enter federal and state court. The person in this seat ensures every charge is filed accurately, every deadline is met, and every record is built to withstand scrutiny. If you take technical legal work seriously and hold yourself to a high standard of precision, this role is built for you.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage all administrative agency filings from initial charge through final rebuttal and close of record
• Coordinate with EEOC and state-level agencies (IDHR, MDHR, and comparable bodies) on procedural requirements and timelines
• Draft and review position statement responses, rebuttals, and supporting documentation
• Track deadlines across an active caseload with zero margin for error
• Maintain case records and workflow status in HubSpot and SharePoint

What You Bring

• 2+ years of direct experience with US administrative agency procedures (EEOC, IDHR, or comparable state agencies)
• Demonstrated ability to draft persuasive, technically precise legal documents
• Systematic approach to deadline management and case tracking
• Native-level professional written English
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment during North American business hours
