Lead Installation Representative / Task Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lead Installation Representative / Task Manager to support major equipment installation and modification projects at a commercial nuclear power plant. This role is responsible for coordinating field execution, monitoring installation activities, and serving as the primary liaison between contractors, Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations. Experience supporting Reactor Coolant Pump (RCP) projects is required as is working within containment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee field execution of major equipment installation and modification activities
  • Support Reactor Coolant Pump (RCP) replacement, refurbishment, or maintenance projects
  • Interface with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Project Management, and contractors to ensure safe and efficient work execution
  • Monitor work progress, identify field issues, and coordinate timely resolution
  • Verify work is performed in accordance with approved procedures, quality requirements, and project schedules
  • Support outage planning, work package execution, and project closeout activities
  • Promote a strong nuclear safety culture, human performance standards, and procedural compliance
  • Must be willing to work any shift
  • Contract Length: 7-10 weeks (includes 1-week on site training/qual)
  • Approximate Dates of Deployment - September 2026-October 2026
