Careers at xCures

Technical Program Manager, Solutions Delivery

About xCures

The best of medicine should belong to everyone. Nobody dreams of becoming good at being a patient. We have people to love, things we want to do, and plans we hope to keep. Illness already asks enough of us.

xCures® exists to give healthcare the capacity to care for everyone. Healthcare has more to give. Too much of its time, money, and talent goes into unnecessary work that keeps people waiting and drives up the cost of care. Freeing those resources can make excellent care possible for far more people.

xCures understands a patient’s history across the places they receive care and keeps that understanding current. It puts trusted information in the hands of the people who need it, when they need it, and uses that knowledge to take on more of the administrative work around care. Every extracted data point traces back to the exact document and page it came from.

Our ambition is to empower doctors to make better decisions, enable researchers to develop better treatments faster, and help healthcare organizations serve more people with fewer errors and lower costs. We work with diagnostic labs, providers, telehealth companies, health systems, payers, and consumer health platforms. We are a fully remote, venture-backed team that holds itself to the same standard as our product: trustworthy, precise, and purposeful.

We are building for the lives people want to live.

Here’s Where You’ll Make An Impact:

xCures is hiring a Technical Program Manager to run the operating system of its Customer Solutions team, the group that sits between our customers, our platform, and the engineers who connect them. You will report to the Director, Customer Solutions, with a dotted line to the Program Management Office. Your job is to make delivery visible, predictable, and measurable: what is coming in, what is committed, where it stands, and when a customer goes live.

The team ships AI-native tooling and customer integrations quickly, and it needs someone who can turn that pace into a clear picture for Revenue Leadership and the PMO while keeping the engineers building instead of coordinating. You will sit between customers, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success on work that puts the patient history in front of the clinician who needs it. If you want to own the systems a team runs on rather than inherit them, this is that job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own delivery reporting for Customer Solutions: maintain the single source of truth on program status, risks, and dates, and deliver a regular cadence of updates to Revenue Leadership, the PMO, and executives
  • Manage intake and triage of inbound requests from Sales, Customer Success, and Product, coordinating prioritization and routing decisions and communicating outcomes back to the people who asked
  • Track active customer integration and onboarding programs from kickoff to go-live, surfacing blockers early and holding the team to committed dates
  • Build and maintain internal and external technical training, product guides, and support resources so customers and colleagues can self-serve
  • Define success metrics, dashboards, and feedback loops for the team's tools and integrations, and use them to show adoption and performance
  • Work with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and the PMO to keep Customer Solutions work aligned with platform priorities and company delivery standards
  • First 90 days: stand up the intake and triage process and take over program tracking for every active customer integration
  • First year: predictable, measurable delivery across all Customer Solutions programs and a faster contract-to-live cycle, measured by on-time delivery against committed dates, time from contract to live integration, and customer and internal stakeholder satisfaction

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 3+ years in technical program management, product operations, or project management in a technology environment
  • Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from definition through delivery
  • Experience working with both engineering teams and customer-facing roles, and translating between them
  • Technical acumen and curiosity: able to engage substantively on APIs, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and AI and LLM tooling
  • Experience creating training materials and technical documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Bonus Points:

  • Healthcare, diagnostics, or health IT background
  • Hands-on use of agentic AI tools in your daily work
  • Enterprise SaaS onboarding or implementation experience
  • Scripting or light automation skills
