The Role


We are seeking a growth-oriented Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the strategic marketing function and scale Frank & Eileen’s customer base, global reach, and double revenues across ecommerce, retail, and wholesale channels. The CMO will own the full marketing funnel from awareness through conversion and retention, and be accountable for delivering sustainable growth through data-driven strategies, bold positioning, and collaborative leadership. In this role, success will be building a strategy where the Frank & Eileen brand is instantly recognized and loved across markets. This executive will work in close partnership with our Creative and Product teams. This role will report directly to the CRO and serve as a key member of the leadership team.


Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO, CRO, sales channel leads, the creative team, and product team to translate business goals into actionable marketing initiatives.
  • Lead integrated go-to-market strategies for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and strategic partnerships.
  • Own and drive the end-to-end marketing funnel to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Continue to grow paid and organic digital marketing channels ensuring high ROAS and scalable strategies.
  • Set and manage marketing KPIs and dashboards.
  • Identify and prioritize new on and offline digital growth opportunities.
  • Shape the brand marketing roadmap in close collaboration with the product and sales channel leads in order to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned and effectively targeted.
  • Translate customer and market insights into segmentation strategies, content needs, media plans, and growth initiatives.
  • Guide messaging strategy, channel mix, and consumer-facing tactics to increase awareness, consideration, and conversion.

Who You Are

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing, creative direction, or brand leadership (fashion, retail, or lifestyle industry required).
  • Proven track record of driving brand growth through innovative creative and marketing strategies.
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel retail, e-commerce, digital marketing, and storytelling.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Foster a culture of adaptability, embracing change and helping the team navigate the fast pace of a growing global brand.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
  • Passion for sustainable fashion, mission-driven brands, and building meaningful customer connections.
  • Must be willing to work initially hybrid moving to full time in-person over the next 12-18 months in our office in Los Angeles, CA.

Compensation

Base Salary Range of $200,000 to $300,000

The pay range for this role is:

200,000 - 300,000 USD per year (Frank & Eileen HQ)
