Frank & Eileen was born in 2009 when former engineer Audrey McLoghlin sought to reinvent the button-up for women —a category previously focused solely on men. Inspired by Audrey’s Irish grandparents—our brand namesakes, Frank & Eileen—we have grown slowly and intentionally from our best-Italian-fabric-in-the-world-obsessed beginnings. The Role

Frank & Eileen is opening our very first US flagship store on Madison Avenue in New York City! From our Irish country house HQ in sunny California to the heart of Manhattan, our woman-owned, woman-led, B Corp-certified brand journey continues as we enter our NYC era. Join us in this exciting evolution of our business - we are seeking passionate, client-focused Key Holder Stylists to join our founding retail team. As a Stylist and Key Holder, you will not only set the tone of our store each day through opening and closing procedures, you will also deliver a luxury styling experience, building lasting relationships with our customers and creating wardrobes that inspire confidence and joy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador and stylist, guiding customers through our collections and curating looks tailored to their lifestyle.
• Execute opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is secure and customer-ready.
• Build long-term relationships through clienteling excellence: thoughtful follow-up, personalized outreach, and one-on-one styling appointments.
• Partner with the management team to achieve sales goals and uphold brand standards.
• Inspire teammates by modeling exceptional service, teamwork, and positive energy on the sales floor.
• Deliver exceptional experiences during peak moments.
• Support daily operational tasks, including:
  Steaming and preparing product for the floor.
  Replenishing, organizing, and maintaining pristine presentation standards.
  Participating in cleaning and upkeep to ensure an elevated environment.

Who You Are

• 1–2 years of experience in luxury or specialty retail, with a passion for styling and customer relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to perform opening/closing duties with integrity.
• Comfortable with technology (POS, clienteling tools, iPads/iPhones) and adaptable to new systems.
• Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Position available is Full-Time with 30-40 hours per week

Compensation

Hourly Pay Range starting at $20-$28 plus eligible for team bonus incentive program.
