About the role
The Service Advisor at Frank Kent Motor Company plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service. They are responsible for coordinating and managing all vehicle service and repair activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing sales opportunities.
What you'll do
- Assist customers by greeting them, identifying their needs, and providing professional and courteous service
- Manage all customer inquiries and maintain accurate records of services requested and performed
- Consult with customers regarding necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Estimate repair costs and prepare accurate service quotes for customers
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service and repair jobs
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs required
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry
- Tekion Experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software Valid driver's license
