About the role

The Service Advisor at Frank Kent Motor Company plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service. They are responsible for coordinating and managing all vehicle service and repair activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing sales opportunities.


What you'll do

  • Assist customers by greeting them, identifying their needs, and providing professional and courteous service
  • Manage all customer inquiries and maintain accurate records of services requested and performed
  • Consult with customers regarding necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Estimate repair costs and prepare accurate service quotes for customers
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service and repair jobs
  • Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs required
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Tekion Experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software Valid driver's license
