About the role

The Cadillac F&I Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all finance and insurance operations at Frank Kent Cadillac. This role will involve working closely with customers, lenders, and insurance agents to ensure smooth financing and insurance processes for vehicle purchases.

What you'll do

• Review and process customer financing applications
• Negotiate financing terms with lenders to secure the best interest rates
• Provide customers with information about available insurance options
• Coordinate and finalize all financial transactions related to vehicle purchases
• Ensure accurate completion of all finance and insurance paperwork
• Maintain excellent relationships with lenders and insurance agencies

Qualifications

• 3 prior years of experience as a Finance and Insurance Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products related to automotive industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in relevant computer software and applications
